- "Velora" means Velora residential care facility, operated at 88 Soi Sukhumvit 49, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
- "Website" means the website accessible at velorens.
- "User" means any individual accessing or using this Website.
- "Services" means the residential elderly care options offered by Velora, including Companion Living, Supported Living, and Comprehensive Living.
- "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions as a whole.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website. Use of the Website implies acceptance of these terms, regardless of whether you read them in full.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Website, or be a family member or legal representative acting on behalf of a person considering Velora's Services.

5. Services Description
Velora offers three residential care tiers for elderly residents: Companion Living, Supported Living, and Comprehensive Living. Each tier includes a defined set of services as described on the Solutions page of this Website.
The information on this Website is provided in good faith and is subject to change. Velora reserves the right to modify service inclusions, pricing, and availability with reasonable notice to current residents and families.
6. Residential Care Agreements
The use of this Website does not constitute a care agreement. A formal residential care agreement is entered into separately, in writing, between Velora and the resident and/or their authorised family member or legal representative, prior to move-in.
All care services, fees, and conditions are governed by that separate written agreement.
7. Payment Terms
Monthly fees are as listed on this Website and confirmed in the individual care agreement. All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Payment terms, methods, and conditions are specified in the residential care agreement.
Velora reviews fees annually. Current residents will be given at least 60 days' written notice of any fee change.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Velora. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website without prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and view this Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
9. Disclaimers
This Website is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of information presented, Velora makes no representations about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any content for your specific circumstances.
