Velora offers three residential care tiers for elderly residents: Companion Living, Supported Living, and Comprehensive Living. Each tier includes a defined set of services as described on the Solutions page of this Website.

The information on this Website is provided in good faith and is subject to change. Velora reserves the right to modify service inclusions, pricing, and availability with reasonable notice to current residents and families.

6. Residential Care Agreements

The use of this Website does not constitute a care agreement. A formal residential care agreement is entered into separately, in writing, between Velora and the resident and/or their authorised family member or legal representative, prior to move-in.

All care services, fees, and conditions are governed by that separate written agreement.

7. Payment Terms

Monthly fees are as listed on this Website and confirmed in the individual care agreement. All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Payment terms, methods, and conditions are specified in the residential care agreement.

Velora reviews fees annually. Current residents will be given at least 60 days' written notice of any fee change.
